V3 extensions are known for providing top quality Brazilian Virgin hair, consistency, and great customer service. Please note that when purchasing bundles, closures and "ready to wear" wigs your order will be processed within 48 hours.  All orders are shipped out after your order has been processed.  Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Allow 10-14 business days for processing on "create your own" wig orders. V3 does not ship out on weekends or national holidays.

100% Satisfaction guaranteed. Exchanges and store credits are offered for all orders that are processed and shipped. Hair must be in the same condition in which you received it. All tags must be attached and lace cannot be cut in order to honor an exchange. For curly textures the hair cannot appear to be finger combed or frizzy. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Send an email to sales@v3virginhair.com with your order details, name, and mailing address included in the message. Allow 24-48 hours for us to contact you reguarding your concerns. There are no exchanges on "create your own" orders. No refunds. Exchanges and store credit only.
